Born in Burkina Faso, I am the creator of the brand Gisele Traore.

From the age of 7, I started to draw dresses for women, thanks to divine inspiration. At the same time, I was immersed in the field of fashion because, very close to my mother, I was always with her,  when she went to buy her fabrics, and when she went to her dressmakers.

My passion for fashion increased tenfold when my mother started to have my creations reproduced by her dressmakers.

Fashion and design are not just a passion, they’re part of my DNA. That’s the reason why, after working as an insurance lawyer for 10 years, I decided to follow my destiny and launch my own clothing brand in Paris, for women who love themselves and want to be noticed.

My creations are a combination of extravagance, eccentricity and bright colors, for women who want to make a statement, while being dressed at any time of the day, in a remarkable way!

I am grateful to my GOD for his grace and for the divine inspiration HE gave me, hence the name of my first collection DOREA which means GIFT OF GOD.
