Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

The general conditions of sale are to be read before validation of any order on the site www.giseletraore.com.
Gisèle Traoré reserves the right to modify at any time the present general conditions of sale.

The conditions applicable to any transaction are those in effect at the time of the order. Placing an order on www.giseletraore.com implies tacit acceptance of the complete and unconditional general conditions of sale.

The Gisèle Traoré website reserves the right to refuse any order that does not comply with its commercial policy.

By “buyer” we mean any individual who does not operate as a professional or business.

Order

The buyer will take care, before definitively validating his order, to check the details of this one and its total price, to correct possible errors, before confirmation of the order.

For any order on the site www.giseletraore.com you will receive an e-mail of confirmation of your order in the 24h following the order.

The sale will be considered final only after collection by the company Gisele Traore of the full amount due.

In the event that the product ordered is no longer available, during the validation of your order, Gisèle Traoré will inform you and reimburse you the amount already paid.

Payment and Rates

Payments are made by credit card, via Paypal, via Stripe, and via Klarna.
You have the possibility to pay your purchases in 4 times via Klarna or via Paypal.

The prices are in euros, all taxes included and excluding shipping costs.
Prices are valid on the date of order and may be changed later.
The shipping costs are calculated according to the order and are indicated at the time of the validation of the order.

Delivery

As this is a pre-order sale, the packages will be shipped from November 21, 2022, after receiving your payment. Indeed, the pre-order phase is open until October 15, 2022. It will then take us one (01) month from October 15, 2022, to produce your parts.

In France: the standard shipping method is Colissimo with tracking and signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will notify you by email when your package is shipped. A link will be sent to you by email in order to follow online the delivery of your package.
For international shipments: the shipping method is DHL.

Shipping fees include postage and packaging. They may vary depending on the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases in a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

The products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the purchaser at the time of the order with reception of the payment.

The customer will be able to follow his order on the website of the post office or DHL, with his tracking number colissimo or DHL. The routing of the parcels is taken care of by La Poste or DHL. It is advisable to check the contents of the package with the letter carrier.

For international deliveries, the delay varies according to the postal systems in force in the countries concerned.
Gisèle Traoré declines all responsibility for possible delays, thefts, losses, or deterioration of the parcel by the Post Office.

The buyer must verify the accuracy of the information provided to Gisèle Traoré in order to proceed with the delivery of his order.
Gisèle Traoré will not be held responsible for possible errors in address entry and the consequences of delays or errors in delivery.
In this case, all the expenses incurred for the reshipment of the parcel will be charged to the buyer.

Possible customs taxes may be requested for deliveries outside the EU, these taxes will be charged to the customer. Standard shipping costs:
Metropolitan France: 9 €.
The rest of the world: 25 €.

Returns and Credit Notes

We only accept returns on items purchased on our e-shop. No returns are made for any custom orders.

The buyer has a period of 10 working days from the delivery of the order to return the products, knowing that the costs of returns are charged to the buyer. All returns must be reported in advance by e-mail to the address: gisele.traore@giseletraore.com

Only items returned in their original packaging and with their label will be accepted, they must not have been worn, damaged or washed and be accompanied by the purchase invoice.

After verification of the articles and validation, the buyer will receive an email to notify him the validation of the amount of his credit valid for 1 year on all our articles.

Products

All our products are made in France, except for the products in the “coup de coeur” section which are not products made by us. All our products are followed by a description in each product sheet.

The photos of our products are the most exact representation possible and have no contractual value. Because according to the Internet navigators the colors of the images can vary, of this fact we cannot guarantee the nuances of colors according to the navigators.

Privacy

The information and data about you are only necessary for the processing of your order.

We do not transmit them to third parties. Gisèle Traoré will not divulge your details to third parties.
